Good but imperfect book. The book has plans for 18 puzzles made from wood. They're mostly of the "take it apart and put it back together" or "figure out how to move the ring or ball from here to there" variety. There are the classic puzzles like the Soma cube and the Tower of Hanoi. None of the projects are particu. "It is a great book that will help me in making gifts for" according to J. Eskew. It is a great book that will help me in making gifts for the grand kids. I scan the patterns into my computer and print as needed. The book is of high quality printing, as well as hints and instructions.. Good book with instructions, solutions and guidellines. Nancy Black Has instructions for some very good puzzles. Solutions are in the back. There is a section in front showing how to make some jigs, like a cross cut jig for a table saw, that are needed to construct the puzzles accurately. It is a worthwhile book.
