It is also interesting to learn about the history of different typefaces. It's a great resource for trying your hand at different fonts. I love the inspiration on the layouts, and the selection of fonts is pretty good, though some are so ornate and unusual there isn't much practical use for them. It's inspired me to do a lot more hand lettering, though, and that's what I wanted! I wish there was more instruction on brush lettering instead of 'faking' the brush lettering look but it's nice to know how to fake it, too. I have used the 'fake' technique with my gel pens and it's gorgeous!
