I personally find that it's really necessary to have the recordings to hear how the written notes relate to the songs. Takes a lot of practice to get up to speed.. The Kindle version of this book is awful! Jeffery Taylor OK, the original printed book itself is classic Mahavishnu but the Kindle version is an amateur attempt.Here's the problem. The "mini-scores" were scanned poorly at a low resolution. They are not presented straight or level on the virtual pages. They are very fuzzy looking.Seriously, whoever decided to release this presentation on Kindle utterly disregarded the whole reason why anyone would even buy it - for the scores!Oh yeah, t.
