I've always loved medieval illuminated manuscripts, especially the crazy-looking monsters, demons, hybrids, and whimsical figures that often cavort in the margins. I'm constantly amazed by the creativity and bizarre imagination of these medieval artists so I have been looking for an art book that focuses on them for a long time. That book has finally arrived!
