Amazon Customer said Relaxing/light way to review course material. This is definitely a supplementary book to go along with an anatomy and physiology course. If you are just interested in this book for your own personal interest it is good too. It certainly does not cover everything and does not go into super detail about the topics but it does help with the retention of general ideas and provides a nice break to intense studying if you are looking for a light relaxing way to integrate what you have studied.. Professor suggested coloring book for A&P Looks Great! Book packaged perfectly with not even a corner bent. This book helped to enable me to pass my state, national testing for a massage therapist on the first try. Yeah! The size of the drawings was a big help in identifying each muscle, joint etc. I was able to separate each joint, nerve etc by coloring them each a different color. Worked well!
