Surprisingly, Zack isn’t repelled by her powers: in fact, he has his own. Without warning, a new man enters Raine’s life - investigator Zack Jones. Excellent! Jayne Ann Krentz is one of those authors where I buy everything she publishes, even stories published under other names. I will admit that there have been a few duds along the way, but this one was stellar. I am enjoying the series more than I thought I would (I'm not into paranormal story lines in general). I won't try to recap the story line, but if you are a fan of her work you will certainly enjoy this book. Both hero and heroine are likeable,
