I've been using this book a ton for both piano and guitar.Most songs are in keys of C, F, or G - so easy to play on piano but still challenging/full arrangements for a beginner.My only wish is that it could be spiral bound so that the pages stay open on their own. I must use a clip or two.. Sound like a pro without being a pro Leslie N. I used to be quite an advanced piano player back in the day, so I really hesitated buying an easy book because I thought I'd be bored. Not so! First of all, this book has ALL the best Christmas songs. Second, they were easy enough for me to sight read (it's been a long time since I've played), yet still sounded very impressive. It really added Christmas cheer to the atmosphere!. Stylish arrangements of classics with a few surprises LBI Greg Dan Coates arrangements, as usual, are just compicated enough to sound great, but playable enough for most pianists. The book includes a few unexpected songs like "Celebrate Me Home" and "Zat you, Santa Claus ?" as well as "Santa Baby." I've taken just this book to parties and it's got more than enough standards to fill up the evening. great addition to my Christmas piano book colllection.
