Rivetting!!!! This book left me breathless! The story it contains is a masterpiecea modern day classic. Every word on every page held me transfixed, completely immersed in a tale like no other I've read.The writing style, descriptions, depth of characters, startling revelations throughout- all ilmpeccable. Even typos were absent until last leg, even then only 2 or 3.It was a wonderful rollercoaster ride & will carry you from the heights of. RedhotRedhead said Wow. This story is spellbinding. The characters feel real, whether you like them or not. John Marrs not only shows you how one misunderstanding can change countless lives, he does it in a way that leaves you breathless. Reading this book was amazing. I felt Catherine's emotions as she did. I even had to stop reading at one point because I was sobbing. You will hate the male lead in this book, prepare yourself to feel sad and uncomfortable. This isn't a feel good read before you go to sleep story. With that being said I enjoyed this book and I think my jaw hit the floor and stayed there the entire book.
