Disappointing on so many levels I wish there was a star that can convey annoyance. I did not like the hero . He was an arrogant jackass. He was cruel and made so many assumptions of the heroine. I wish the heroine hasd taken the decision to not go to his family and continued on with her life as a strong independent woman. The story wou. Disapointing at best Not my favorite book by a long shot, very predictable. I wanted to like it but it was so.blah that I just couldn't get into it at all. I hate leaving bad reviews for one of my favorite authors but this book did nothing for me and I found it very simple and wanting. I would have loved to read a true twist.
