I've recently taught from this book, and I recommend it as an appropriate study guide. Compared to other study guides, I find this book written is plainer language where possible; there are good examples and sample problems; there is a 50 question pre-test and a 50 question post-test; each chapter ends with a 15 question quiz; many chapters have 1-2 case studies.
