This is an excellent study of Agile and Scrum which is useful as a Management text and also as a specific book on Scrum training. The covers the roles of Product Owner, ScrumMaster and the Team. The work includes numerous. Amazon Customer said Read the appendix. The rest is optional.. I only read the appendix that explains how to perform Scrum. The rest of the content is a collection of case studies. Perhaps it is all just filler. I don't know because I didn't bother to read it. The Appendix was very helpful in getting my team at work to use Scrum methodologie. One Star Merida it's only stories!
