Batman +TMNT = YES. H.D. Seriously, this book was pretty great. Now, it wasn't PERFECT (a villain or two were taken out a bit too easily toward the end, and there were a few spots with, well, "derpy" artwork of a cowl-less Bruce Wayne) but I give it five stars because it accomplished everything I look for in a crossover - a clear and concise story, characters that react properly in the environments, and - especially important in a crossover - the ch. "The teamup you've wanted since childhood!" according to Steve. When I saw the concept of this book, I just had to buy it. Two childhood favorites meeting together in one series! The story is an interesting setup: The turtles and Shredder and the foot clan have arrived in Batman's world somehow. There is the obligatory super hero misunderstanding fight, which is great, because of course we want to see Batman fight the turtles. But they get their issues sorted out and team up on Shredder.. "Cowa-Batman!" according to Scotty B. I loved it! I was expecting a paper back and when it showed up it was plastic wrapped and a hardcover. Being a hardcover its a little stiff making the art work in the middle panels hard to see, but after a couple readings the books spine will loosen up. Speaking of art work, Batman seems a little off visually, but the Turtles look great as well as Batmans villians and especially Shredder! The story is pretty good, a little h
