In reality this is just for your geeky brother that can't make friends by himself or that shy co worker you know is great but just can't show it. Talking, mingling and meeting new people (ie. I was the kid all the adults new by name but not because of the parents) is fun for me but I'm a 100X better one on one than in a g. life said Foundational but little more than that. Also, the exercise to instantly improve social confidence was very helpful. I will recommend this book to my future business associates.
