Oh yes it had all the above, but it felt as if it were a nightmare spinning out of control. Not my type of book unfortunately, because I bought it having read other more enjoyable novels written by Ms. Williams. I'm sure there will be other novels written by her, I'll just have to be less. Tedious This is,a generous 3-star review. I have read all of her other books and thoroughly enjoyed them. this one seemed to drone on and on and on. I found myself skimming because I just couldn't take it anymore. it's really a very tedious book but I guess even excellent authors like Miss Williams can have an off book. I really enjoyed Cocoa Beach by Beatriz Williams; however, I do agree with previous reviewers that it was a bit choppy and I found myself going back to previous pages to keep it all straight in my mind. This book kept my interest and I really loved the twist and turns. I must say, however, that the ending was confusing and a bit disappointing. Maybe it is just a hint that there will be a sequel.
