It's Never Too Late to Learn I'm not a spring chicken but decided it's never too late to learn how to play the flute. This is very easy to follow along and learn songs without ever haven used the flute before. I highly recommend taking lessons though to ensure everything your doing is right. I figured I would learn the basics and then take lessons, which would save me some money.. Good book, I recommend it. Serves its purpose. and is overall a good book. I recommend it. There are some advanced techniques in here that are difficult for me and i may need advanced lessons or something. But after not long, I was playing the flute!!!!The book progresses very logically and has good pieces to play. Again it has helped me. I now play the flute.. Flautists' Best Friend This is an excellent book for flautists and aspiring flautists of any skill level. Not only is it clearly and well written, it also includes a bonus CD of lovely recordings to help students follow and stay on track.
