I never thought much of "sports psychologists" Mike Overlaps a little with his other book "Putting Out of Your Mind" but good nevertheless. I never thought much of "sports psychologists" but I now see how they can turn a negative attitude around into a supporting positive one. I am convinced this book (and the putting book) has shaved some strokes off my game this summer….and that is a good thing.
