The pictures are pefectly exposed, tack sharp, and detailed enough to really show nuances of color and pattern. It's a large book and they are definitely not skimpy on numbers of colored photos within. It's excellently done and a good book for anyone who loves horses.. Fabulous book and thoroughly enjoyed it!!! As a owner/breeder of many horses in unique colors this book is what dreams are made of for someone like myself. I am a HUGE fan of colored Warmbloods and Thoroughbreds, of which there are many pictures, but it was seeing all the different breeds and their neat coloring that really made this book for me.
