I painted some studys of an old barn and was begin to put together my final composition when I found this book. The section on perspective is the best and clearest explanation I have ever seen. The examples and instructions for painting old wood and rust are simple, but easy to follow. I got great results using this book. Highly recommend it. The two books have different examples and techniques and both are worth adding to your library if you paint weathered surfaces.
