A great book for would-be agents Gregory W. Osborne I'll give this book 4 out of 5 stars, leaving one out because of its size. It was very complete and easy to understand, but if you're studying for the state exam on your own (as most do) and only have a couple of weeks to complete the process (my DM did have some expectations), it might be a bit excessive to use
