Bobbye G. Johnson said Amazon Fan. This is an excelent book for both beginners and seasoned crafters. I use this book not only for beading patterns and instructions, but for any kind of needlework that requires a graph. I even used one of the patterns on a needlepoint rug. It is an older published work, but that does not detract from its usefullness at all. I highly recomend this book.
