Finally a cookbook that appeals! Elle Draper I am not on a gluten free / wheat free / dairy free or anything "free" kind of diet. But the Mediterranean mention in the title piqued my interest.I have to say that after skimming through this book today, I can't wait to get stuck in. I will say that I was a bit confused on the author's terminology in a few recipes, concerning "coriander". Perhaps, in her country they don't use the word "cilantro". You cannot ask for a "bunch" of Coriander, because coriander is the Seed that grows on the Cilantro plant. Then in a different recipe, it calls for a Tbls. of dried Coriander, so .
