It's also not update with the CTE programs for professionals coming from the outside workforce coming to teach high school. Its a great book for first year teachers and has a lot of great information in it. It read it because I'm going into teaching again and didn't have time to read it the first time. I got a lot of great information to help make avoid making the same mistakes again.
