Loved it!. A lot of good evidence is provided with what he says from studies. Studies that would probably be hard to find without his leg work. This would be the second book that I have read by him and I've enjoyed both and noticed very little if any at all overlap between the two. "A fun light read" according to Kindle Customer. I enjoyed the book. It had a lot of studies which I enjoy reading, but was not so scientific that it was boring. Nice use of examples to illustrate points. Clearly well researched.. "Not necessarily new, but good info" according to Ralyn Gibbons. When I first started the audible version I thought, really? But decided to give it a complete listen. On my second run through on my drives to work. Some of the info is as old as my grandparents saying, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free." The categorizing of people's emotional behavior was the most interesting to me.
