"Great book, very detailed with excellent photographs of ships" according to Dustin Martin. Great book, very detailed with excellent photographs of ships, and detailed history behind each class. Highly recommend for any naval enthusiast.. "Submarines, Destroyers & Frigates Book Review" according to Kinney Yan. I wish this book was in a larger size such as 11 x 9 or bigger in order to make the font size easier to read along with bigger photographs to admire of all these warships and subs. I ended up buying another book about warships that had everything I was looking for although it was copyrighted in 2006.. He loved it! Bought this for my Father for his Birthday. He loved it!!
Charts a century of destroyer, frigate and submarine development, starting with the earliest vessels, through the two world wars and the Cold War, through to the incredible machines planned for construction in the 21st century.
