I have absolutely no idea why this book would have anything less than 4 star reviews. The information is helpful and concise. This book is certainly not an infomercial for Chris Ducker's Virtual Staff Finder service - indeed I'm going to use the tips to get better results hiring VA's than I have had in the past - and I won't be using the VSF service.I'm so thrilled to get my hands on this information
