The various case studies throughout offer wonderful lessons-learned, without the painfulness typical of lessons-learned in the usual way.. Five Stars Donald Brown as advertised. Major problems with the digital version! E. Huemoeller Major problem with the digital version of this book. Many of the paragraphs in the text are truncated and missing letters or words at the end. You can infer some of the content, but not always. This is a critical issue for a book being used for a college class!
