Even though it is a textbook, I found it to be informative and easy to read. It does not read like a normal textbook, it's not as bland. I used this as a resource to write several papers from. This is one book I'm not going to sell back; I'm keeping it for reference. It includes recent content dealing with the Affordable Care Act, which is helpful.
