Very Informative LC Many of us have plans to loose weight and to feel better about ourselves, but we do not know how to accomplish our goals. This book keeps everything short and sweet. The basic knowledge we need about dieting is in this book. I do recommend reading it as well as reading other similar books to add more information in your tool box. Great read!. Awesome book! I just personally don't like the thought of starving ones self if you're thinking of going on a diet (like me!), I think you should be wise in doing so, so you'll stay/achieve a healthy lifestyle and this book is great in helping you achieve your goal! I like the way the author explains that I can eat a great deal of smart healthy food, instead of starving myself. In fact, skipping meals is a big "no, no." I have grown to be a smoothie person, but the author makes me want to try juicing. The information on strategic cardio routines was a plus.
