This is the exact same book as "How to Make Mission Style Lamps and Shades" published by Dover Craft Books, also available from Amazon. Apparently the copyright's expired on this book, and anyone who wants to reproduce it is free to do that. This one's formatted a bit larger than the Dover edition, so the illustrations are larger, but it's the same book.Having said that, the designs are nice and there's lots of possibilities for making your. France Ciel d'August said very limited in ideas. What was there is very well done the book was short and some to the ideas were repeated wish the book would have been a little more off the beatin path with more ideas however i will refer to this book when and if I decide to make a lamp. The instructions are easy to follow .. "Good information" according to J. Clark. This book gives me some great ideas. Good book with some good plans.
