Philosophies illumined Kenneth M. Kafoed This is a truly remarkable book! It is an excellent place to begin a study of Philosophy. In very few non-academic words, the author and artist light up the fundamental ideas/ principles/ propositions of the various schools. The illustrations provide a colorful,striking, aesthetic explanation as well. The book would make an excellent adjunct text for an Intro. class or a History of Philosophy class.. "So smart and so fun" according to Ibex. So smart and so fun. A refreshing way to correct the habit of throwing language after ideas in the blind hope of clarity emerging from splatter. If you can't draw a picture of it, maybe you don't really understand it Mr Smarty Pants!. Amazing Minimalism Greg It's not very often that I buy table art, actually I never buy table art. But when I found the Philographics website, I knew I have to get this. The simplicity of each item and the color way selected makes this such a great inspiration for someone that has to work on data graphics. I can't wait to get my hands on one of the prints.
