I don't think that this is a basics type of book. I passed this onto a friend of mine that loves computers and computer programming, and he had a complete different experience with this book. He said that it had a lot of useful information for programmers especially if they are in charge of a group of people. This helps outline project management. He said it was easy to read as long as you already have the basic knowledge, and th. Need for every business A very basic guide on how to manage general projects. It cuts though the complexity to focus on building software that meet business needs. Management and teams are able to get their hands around the requirement and technologies. The book comes in handy for all people running and managing a business or people who are wanting to start one. I really liked the FAQ and final thoughts as it answered a lot of questions I had pertaining to the book. The glossary was also helpful. The book left me wanting to know a bit more.
