Contains easy recipes and convenient lists for quick reference.. Has some great recipes in it I really thought this book offered a lot of recipes and information about people that may suffer from chronic pain or even autoimmune diseases. I never knew that the foods you eat have natural defenses against dangers I am suffering from fibromyalgia so reading this book and finding recipes that will help ease the pain a little bit is just so helpful as no one knows what it's like to have chronic pain I found the recipes to be new in different but ones that I could incorporate into my current diet.I got this book for free in exchange for product review but everything is my own opinion which might be diffe
