"Joy to read and full of information" according to Nancy B. Driscoll. This book is a joy to read and full of useful and very practical information. The author's writing style is user friendly and she provides clear explanations, options depending on the reader's gardening plans and expertise, and a wealth of resources. The pictures are lovely and the stories of real flower farmers are a plus. I am considering raising flowers on a small acerage and plan to start experimenting on my existing one acre property. This book is perfect as a starting point and will be a great resource if I move forward with my plans as well. I appreciate the ideas for starting on a very small scale as we. Best book! cinder As an experienced gardener I have been seeking out information on starting a cut flower garden for market. I found the information realistic, enormously helpful and a pleasure to read. I will keep it at an arms reach as I get into this next phase of gardening.

"If you ever have plans to become a commercial flower grower, this book will be invaluable. The author provides in-depth information on every aspect of the subject."--Connie Krochmal,BellaOnline Floral Design Editor
