Now I have the recipes with me wherever I go. It has the best chocolate chip cookie recipe--even non-vegan friends and relatives can't tell the difference and love the cookies. Every recipe that I have used in this book has become a family favorite and I would consider one of the best recipes of it's type. For instance, the Apple Cobbler recipe is my go-to recipe for any type of cobbler. (I substitute oil for the vegan margarine called for in the recipe and it comes out great.)I.
