I read this book during a particularly rough time in my life where I felt I had been wronged by someone close to me. This book takes a look at David's actions towards Saul and later towards his son Ab. It brought visuals that you may not catch when you read the Bible on your own discernment. I think sometimes I got confused when it would go from the tale of the kings to the angels speaking of the tale. I didn't always catch the transition.I would
