RJ said Overly simple. This book touches on the basics of real estate investing and gives a quick overview of most of the topics. The problem I had with the book is that it does not properly address the dangers of some of their suggested financing methods and being overly leveraged to a dangerous point. I know some will say that should not be in a "101" level book but I disagree. Misunderstanding financing is a part of what caused the economic recession and I think the book offers ways of leveraging too much money. O. "OK, WE GET THE POINT ABOUT YOUR WEBSITE!!!" according to Chaz Reid. This book is filled with very valuable information BUT its also filled with a ton of links to the writers website. I honestly got to a point where I was skimming to just have a heads up of where the next "click here" was located at. Next time guys, leave the links out. The beginning and ending is ideal for you to do the advertising. If a customer likes the book, they will follow…. Be aware of what you're purchasing. If you are looking for a book to guide you on using their website, then this is worth the dollar you'll spend on it. Just know in advance, it is low on content of its own and is mainly a promotion and reference to their website.
