Does not generally include solos, but this book will get you playing some of the most popular rocks songs for beginner guitar players. I am at an Intermediate skill level, just starting to learn modes and all 5 positions of the Major and Minor Pentatonic scales. I have been playing for just under 2 years. Most of these songs I can learn on my lunch break at work and play along with the original track on the same day. Most of my studies have been around technique and not learning songs, so this book has allowed me to get up to speed on well known songs, quickly. I wish I had fo.
