"Not for beginners." according to Steve K. I'm beginning as a Yellow Belt, and this book was highly recommended to me by our instructor. I don't think it is very useful. It is chock-full of charts, diagrams, descriptions, but it's not altogether clear HOW or WHEN to use them. It almost assumes you are a Black Belt in Six Sigma and this book is just a refresher or reminder of the millions of things you need to know in order to master Six Sigma tools.
