This book is full of practical advice, which is what my clients look for.. "Great, simple to follow book" according to A Customer. I've been doing my due diligence on forming a business of either an S Corp or an LLC. While there is a ton of info out there, especially in the age of Google, it's sometimes hard to parse through all that you find.
